Very unhappy with my LG dishwasher
Do not buy LG!
We purchased an LG dishwasher 3 Years ago and it's a lemon!
It has not worked more than it has worked
We've had about 6 services done on it. They replaced tons of parts including the door.
December 23rd a technician came out and said our pump has broke and he would order another one. We have heard nothing so I called King and state the warranty and they said last week they would look into it and I would hear back Thursday or Friday... Nothing
So I called again today and the lady said she would look into it and get back to me. When she called back she said that they actually no longer make that part so they can not come and fix it, but will give me a $350 credit to the place we purchased it from but it can only be used on a dishwasher. LOL where are you buying a dishwasher now a days for $350, I will never purchase LG again

DO NOT BUY
We bought a brand new appliance package from home depot in December. Refrigerator went out within 6 weeks of install. LGs customer service is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. We are now going on 5 weeks and they have done absolutely nothing for us. I will never buy another product from LG EVER again!

LG - BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE - NO WARRANTY SUPPORT
I have a refrigerator that was 5 months old. I contacted LG to replace the ice maker and at first there was pretty good communications. They were unable to find an authorized warranty provider in my area, and eventually offered to pay me out and I would have to scrap the unit. This sounded absurd to me, so I offered to locate, and pay a repair provider. The LG Presidential liaison I had been communicating with agreed to this and offered to reimburse me after I paid for the repairs. Once the repairs were made the communication stopped, and I have not been able to get an answer from them at all.
**Update, the BBB contacted LG, and they reached out again, once the BBB closed the complaint, back to no responses. They claim the replacement cost was too high (but were willing to scrap the unit and pay for that)

Do not buy LG product
I bought LG dishwasher 4 months ago, I noticed there is a crack on the keypad, when I opened a ticket with LG to fix it they told me this is not cover by the manufacture warranty and I have to pay for it.4 month after you buy a Dishwasher the keypad break that considered manufacture defect. I will never by and LG product it is useless and break easily.

Processed a repair charge even after it was cancelled!
I was successful in booking an alleged reputable repair for fridge only if I entered a credit card, successfully cancelled it with 24 hours with LG as I was able to fix the ice fan myself (thank you YouTube) but the "pending" charge remained and was not refunded even 16 days post cancellation. That is fraud in my books. They say they need two billing cycles to refund money?! No one else needs that much time to refund money? Why do they? Still out $340. So do not order repair through LG. Or better yet do not buy LG appliances (based on posted reviews)

Appalled by the response for a refund for our compressor replacement.
Appalled by the response for a refund for our compressor replacement. We have ten years warranty on the compressor, and apparently, the PCB board was replaced without our knowledge. LG has no proof apart from a report sent to them and no image evidence to say it was replaced, so they will not refund the money! A joke of a company will never repurchase LG! Pointless writing a review, TBH, as they will never reply or acknowledge it anyway!

If you need a part for lg appliances forget it.one of the worst customer service.my washer's door explode one night on off.just after one year.lg did care and i could use my almost new washer until I found a use door on ebay by coincndence.whats a shame for a company who said they are the best!

LG Horrible customer service
I purchased a LG HI85LA projector and after one hour of use it developed a problem. Talking to someone at LG is impossible. I got disconnected from their live chat 4 times, their customer service phone number does not allow you to speak with a representative and their online "repair form" site doesn't work. I have had similar frustrations in the past with other LG products. This home theatre project must be up and running in the next week so after spending hours trying to talk or communicate with LG, out of frustration, I just placed an order for an Epson projector to replace the brand new LG HU85LA that I can't get repaired!

Ordered a product and the product never…
Ordered a product and the product never arrived. LG uses 3rd party shipping logistics companies to ship their products (XPO logistics in my case) and because they just ship no one wants to take charge or ownership of mistakes or errors. We scheduled the items to be delivered 3 times and every time no one showed up even after confirming with the local XPO office that the delivery was on its way. Now after a month of waiting for my return we are still waiting on our refund. LG says they are still waiting for XPO to return the items before the refund can happen. Something that happened on their end not the customer but somehow they want to hold on to my money when we never received what we ordered.

I wish I could give a NEGATIVE or ZERO review.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a refrigerator in November, which was delivered late December. I've had several issues which have still not been resolved. I just sent them the email below today (Jan. 16,2023):

Good Morning,

Since I received this refrigerator, the shelves have never worked for me. Anytime I place something on it, it falls off. I have called on numerous occasions all to no avail. The first time I spoke to a representative, I was informed that someone will come over and check it for me which never happened. I made subsequent calls and was transferred to at least 7 different people during each call, none of whom took responsibility.

I have been patient enough and at this point, I want to return the refrigerator because I cannot pay for a non functioning refrigerator. At the same time, if this issue is not resolved in the next three days, I will report the issue to the Better Business Bureau.

This is just unacceptable.

LG HAS GONE DOWNHILL
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! If you don't mind dealing with arrogant people dare to call but be prepared to talk to someone who will come across as you're wrong and they are right! I submitted a work order online and after 2 MONTHS DUE TO MY COMPLAINTS THEY CANCELED IT AT THEIR END SO THEY COULD SAY I NEVER SUBMITTED ONE......IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 10 I WOULD. Oh BTW their appliances are as bad as the customer service. I've had problems with the refrigerator and the microwave hood. A fuse went out on the microwave hood and due to it's very poor design made it so that you have to take the microwave off the wall and get into the back to get to the fuses. What a crock LG has gone downhill in the last 10 years from when I first go the washer and dryer, they have ZERO INTEGRITY too bad LG you're the worst in all areas!

Lousy product lousy warranty
I purchased a LG Refrigerator, and LG washer, and and LG dryer. A week before the warranty expired the refrigerator and the dryer both broke. I filed a request for service under the warranty. Did not hear from LG. Called them about problem. Their response was the warranty was expired and that I would have to pay for service. I told them I filed the claim before the warranty expired. They said they had no records. I told them I had e-mails confirming the claim. I still have them. They said they would have someone call me back to discuss the claim. Never heard from them. I will not buy any LG product again. If you do it's your money and your loss.
